行政書士法の一部改正に伴う「申請業務」の運用変更について1なぜこのような変更を行うのでしょうか。法令対応となります。2026年1月1日付けの行政書士法の一部改正および2026年3月27日に国土交通省航空局より「行政書士法の一部を改正する法律の施行について」の周知に因り、今般の行政書士法改正の趣旨を踏まえて業務運用を実施するためです。
2行政書士を通すとなると申請・認可までさらに時間かかるのでは。申請については、現行の品質維持に努めてまいります。法令対応のため、早期の情報提供にご協力を頂けると幸いです。
3なぜ、事業終了するのに、契約を変更しなければならないのでしょうか。契約主体が2社（貴社と当社）から3社（貴社、行政書士事務所、当社）に変更となるためです。
申請業務を当社へ依頼される場合は行政書士法に則り、行政書士事務所を含めた3社契約が必要です。
4解約合意書の締結を進めているのに、別途3社契約が必要なのでしょうか。お手数をおかけいたしますが、解約合意書に加えて、契約主体が2社（貴社と当社）から3社（貴社、行政書士事務所、当社）に変更となりますので、別途、3社契約が必要になります。
