Article 129-2, 130-2 of the Japanese Civil Aeronautics Act & Article 233 of the Ordinance for enforcement of the Japanese Civil Aeronautics Act requires foreign international air carriers to file an application for approval of fares, rates, charges with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport & Tourism.

When using an aircraft that has not been used on Japanese routes before, it is necessary to pass a safety review conducted by JCAB.

New Registration number of Aircraft

If you purchase an aircraft similar to those previously used on Japanese routes, you will need to report its registration number or other required information by submitting the necessary documents to JCAB.
